On August 27, 2020, Herischi & Associates filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court, for the District of Columbia against USCIS to compel the USCIS to process a long-pending asylum case that was pending for over four years. USCIS long processing time for asylum cases led to incredible anxiety for our clients whose lives have been stuck in limbo.
